Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping all over India. All orders within India will be dispatched within 2-4 days of placing the order. Most deliveries happen within 3-7 working days post dispatch. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Due to the current pandemic situation worldwide, please expect some delays in shipment.

International orders are dispatched within 7 working days. International deliveries could take up 15 to 20 days, depending on your location. For international orders, shipping and customs could be applied based on the laws in your country. We are not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred. For international shipping, products prices mentioned are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

We ship them via standard courier partners. There is an option of Express Shipping, except in Maharashtra, where it is available at checkout for urgent deliveries. However, these do not include national & state holidays

 

Within a day after the product has been shipped, you will receive a mail with the tracking number. For any other assistance, please mail us at sales@braaggreen.com or call us on 8369445721 between Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

We encourage all our customers to go through the product specifications before placing an order. Each of our products undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched.

We do not support refund or cancellation requests, however in case our product has a defect, kindly send us images of the defect to sales@braaggreen.com with your order number within 24 hours from the date of receiving the package, we will offer you a free replacement.
